Nadine “Shaanta” Murshid is an expert on international social work. Her research interests include institutions, social policy, health disparities and structural sources of violence, especially in South Asia.

She can speak to the media about topics ranging from microfinance and mobile financial services to women’s health, intimate partner violence and sexual harassment on the streets.
